Life has kept you busy. And they told you: “Staying busy is good!” So, you chose a career, got yourself a degree from the best school you could afford, and put in the hours at work to build your career. You perhaps also invested a lot of time and money in important relationships, with significant others, children and family, etc. Now you are “on top of the hill”, or you are on the way to get there, but there are voices in your head that say: “I’m not going to last at this pace!” or “I don’t feel complete!”

My purpose as a Transformational Coach is to provide a safe environment and structure so that you can thoroughly process and celebrate the cycle of life you are in right now or to help you navigate the transition from one cycle of life to another.
Our current life is determined by the narratives or stories and beliefs we have about ourselves, about others and about the world. These narratives or stories determine the horizon of what is possible or not possible in our lives. As a coach, I will help you through custom-made exercises and practices to become aware of your narrative and beliefs and then you will discover what kind of world your narrative is revealing to you and what kind of world your narrative is concealing from you.
Becoming aware of the narratives that drive and limit our lives is not necessarily easy and can be at times unsettling, because of the loss of identity that can occur when we try to move into a new narrative. This is the most powerful outcome of a coaching relationship: letting go of the narratives and stories we have about ourselves and others that no longer generate a life of possibility and choice. Coaching empowers you to consciously choose and embody the purposeful life that is waiting to unfold through you.
How it works:
We will meet in person or on Skype or telephone and I will listen to what you have on your mind. This initial conversation is free of charge. Should we both feel that collaboration between us could support you at this time, then we will start meeting on a regular basis. In the beginning weekly meetings are most often, but not always, the most productive. Our collaboration will also require you to dedicate some time outside of our sessions to engage in some of the practice areas that I will point out to you.
