I have been a practitioner and authorized teacher of meditation and introspection in the Vedic tradition of ancient India for about 25 years.
I teach mindfulness combined with breathing and grounding exercises to give clients the opportunity to connect with their greatest resource: Themselves. Becoming present to one’s own way of being will naturally also put one in touch with one’s mental preoccupations and fears. By developing a working relationship with oneself, meditation cultivates the strength to adapt and respond to external life situations with integrity and skill. Learning to quiet the mind and observe the sensations of the present moment greatly reduces stress and anxiety and reveals a peace and inner wisdom that previously seemed unattainable.
I offer beginners and advanced classes to individuals and groups.
